class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Al termine dei trattamenti iniziali (come la chemioterapia o la radioterapia) e\/o durante le terapie endocrine o le terapie a bersaglio, che durano pi\u00f9 a lungo, sono programmati dei controlli periodici, chiamati controlli di follow-up. Tali controlli continuano anche alla fine di tutti i trattamenti precauzionali e proseguono per diversi anni.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le visite di controllo servono a valutare lo stato generale di salute, gli eventuali effetti collaterali dei trattamenti o l\u2019insorgenza di nuovi disturbi. Sono anche l\u2019occasione per porre domande al personale di cura.<br \/>Le pazienti devono essere sensibilizzate a riferire, anche al di fuori dei controlli programmati, la comparsa di nuovi noduli nel seno operato o controlaterale, dolori alle ossa, mancanza di fiato (dispnea), dolori addominali o mal di testa persistente. Tutte le pazienti dovrebbero inoltre eseguire l\u2019autopalpazione mensile anche se questo esame non sostituisce in alcun modo gli altri controlli e pu\u00f2 risultare difficile, specialmente all\u2019inizio, per la presenza di cicatrici e di una eventuale protesi ricostruttiva.<\/p><p>Durante le terapie, il tipo e la frequenza dei controlli dipendono dal tipo di intervento chirurgico effettuato e dal tipo di terapia precauzionale che si riceve. Tali controlli dovrebbero essere eseguiti da medici o infermieri specializzati in senologia\/oncologia.<br \/>I controlli a lungo termine (cio\u00e8 alla fine di tutti i trattamenti) possono essere effettuati anche dal ginecologo di fiducia o dal medico di famiglia, se esperti nella sorveglianza di tali pazienti, o dalle infermiere di senologia\/oncologia, in quest\u2019ultimo caso sotto la supervisione di un medico dedicato al tumore al seno.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-1699823\" data-id=\"1699823\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f012dba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f012dba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">In generale, la frequenza e il tipo di controlli sono stabiliti secondo linee guida internazionali che vengono per\u00f2 adattate alla situazione individuale. Nel corso dei primi 2 anni dopo l\u2019intervento si incontra di solito l\u2019oncologo ogni tre-sei mesi, quindi ogni 6 mesi fino al quinto anno. Dopo tale termine i controlli possono diradarsi e avvengono di solito con frequenza annuale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
