Oltre \u00be dei noduli palpabili sono di natura benigna. Gran parte dei \u201cnoduli\u201d individuati dalla donna durante l\u2019autopalpazione sono per lo pi\u00f9 semplici mastopatie oppure cisti ripiene di liquido. Il tumore benigno pi\u00f9 frequente \u00e8 il fibroadenoma (cellule del tessuto connettivo), quello meno frequente \u00e8 il lipoma (cellule del tessuto adiposo).<\/p><p>Il tumore maligno del seno (cosiddetto \u201ccarcinoma mammario\u201d) origina nelle cellule ghiandolari del seno, pi\u00f9 frequentemente nei dotti lattiferi e pi\u00f9 raramente nei lobuli.<\/p><p><strong>Come viene diagnosticato il tumore al seno?<\/strong><br \/>Il tumore al seno viene diagnosticato con la mammografia; nelle donne giovani fra i 30 e 45 anni e con tessuto ghiandolare denso anche con l\u2019ausilio dell\u2019ecografia. In caso di nodulo sospetto viene eseguita una biopsia con ago aspirato, una metodica che consente di prelevare cellule dal nodulo interessato. La successiva analisi microscopica delle cellule prelevate stabilisce quindi la loro natura benigna o maligna.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
